Where can I get clothes made for ripping?

Is that even a thing? Maybe at a theatrical costume shop?
I guess I could have posted this under fashion, ha ha. But it's not a fashion question, more of a fetish/BDSM thing. I'm looking for clothes that can easily be torn off someone (without the use of scissors or other tools) during rough(ish) play. I guess cheap thrift-store finds would work, but if anyone knows of items made specifically for this purpose, please share.
