The 2015 festival is back starting from Oct 15 Thursday to Oct 18 Sunday, with performances in theatres, exhibitions at PNE, and a grand Parade in downtown Vancouver. The festival of arts and fantasy is for the general public, opens to everyone and attracted nearly 100,000 spectators last year.
