Nope. You've hotlinked your avatar from some other site and obviously the file has changed at the remote server. You'd be better off using one of the ones available on the site or uploading your own. Not only is hotlinking bad-form and potentially copyright infringement, you also have no control over the file at the far end and things like this happen.

Ya, I just finished shovelling the driveway.  I thought there was a by-law forbidding snow on Vancouver Island.  Oh well.

Hehe, we got snow too! About half a centimeter, but it's still snow!!!
