Playing with the Dark: A Descent into Playland

Playing with the Dark is the first annual Descent into Playland and inspired by Bats Day at Disneyland. Come out dressed in your Goth gear to enjoy rides, games and a day of fun in the park! Enjoy all the attractions before the crowds of the PNE swarm in and bring a bit of spookiness to Vancouver's theme park in preparation for Fright Nights. Show up with your own group or arrange to meet up with other Goths to make new friends and have grand adventures.

Tricities Goth Day at the Beach

On June 28 a small handful of Goths gathered at White Pine Beach for our first Tricities Goth Day at the Beach! The meetup officially started at 11am and by 2pm, we had taken over a reasonable corner of the beach. We had a grill for hot dogs and burgers, plenty of veggies, and chips. Everyone brought bottled water so we totally had a surplus of fluid which was AWESOME! Also everyone also brought blueberries to share. The park rangers saw our sign and wandered over to inquire about the event and to say they look forward to seeing us in future years.
