Much of mainstream society tells us to always look towards the light but part of the Goth lifestyle and philosophy is an acknowledgment of darkness and the balance between the two. This acknowledgment of the darkness within as well as outside leaves us with less unknown depths which is why we can easily celebrate the dark. Is There a Dress Code?
Descent Sundays never enforces a dress code as we believe that you should come in whatever you feel best represents you. We do encourage you to let yourself go wild with your wardrobe along with those who share your tastes and interests in clothing and music. Goth fashion has evolved by leaps and bounds since it became recognized as a style so there are plenty of looks to choose from. Which look speaks of Beautiful Darkness to you?
