Changes to the "By Name" view in the Photo Gallery

I've just implemented some changes to the "by name" view in the photo gallery:

  • The first category (0-9) does not open automatically for no good reason anymore.
  • Sorting has been changed from straight ASCII order to proper alphabetical order (for exampe "1 More Girl" now sorts in front of "12 Midnight" and "A Can of Beans" sorts before "Abney Park").
  • Fixed a bug where the by year links would show up erroneously when viewing a user with no pictures.
