Need a place before November

Hey, I am a Guy looking for a place to rent preferably in the vancouver area. I am a gamer, with just about every 3.5 D&D book, and a massive wealth of Vampire: The Masquerade books.
I work security at Vancouver General Hospital, I make decent coin, and other then having my GF over to spend the night, I don't really have guests.
I am not loud, and I like to keep a clean kitchen.
No drugs please (Specifically blow)
Other then being a bit eccentric, I am a really good tenant. I have a reference if needed.
