What Is Goth? I feel this answers that question very well.

I just really like the way she said it. :) I do agree its only a brief overview and its something good for the uninformed, thats also one of the reasons why I like it.
'Adjective' is also very good answer to. And if the persons rude you can call them a 'Verb' and walk away. ;)
I didn't honestly find the video to be a great answer to the question "what is goth", actually. I think it did an okay job of providing a brief overview to an uninformed audience. But it just seemed like the same old stuff.
Then again, my only answer to the question "What is Goth?" is this:
It's an adjective.
