Description The last regular NOIR Fetish Ball of the year is happening on Saturday, November 16th.
After this it's all special events: Midnight Circus on November 30th, the Combichrist weekend December 7-8, and NOIR Fetish New Year's Eve!
So if you'd like to get your last taste of fetish before the New Year's party in Vancouver's most alternative venue, former chapel and funeral parlour Chapel Arts, now is the time!
