An Introduction to Ashton.

Well, my friends, it appears I have been called upon to introduce you to one of the more interesting characters of Vancouver, our dear friend Ashton.

Ashton has been attending Sin City for a few years now, and is regularly found out on the balcony, gazing out at Blood Alley, or wrapped up in some warped conversation with one of the many other interesting characters who partake in the festivities.

He can also often be found at Sanctuary at the Lotus, usually relaxing in a dark corner, though it is also possible he'll wander out into the dance floor, if the mood strikes him.

Other possible locations to sight the elusive Ashton include Descent at the Red Room, though his presence there tends to be a bit more rare.

For those brave souls who wish to engage him in conversation, the best choice is "Forget Reality, Enjoy Drinking!", a gathering of strange bastards at the Broadway Boston Pizza, most Friday nights, prior to Sanctuary. F.R.E.D. openly welcomes anyone with an interesting mind to come down for a chat.

Once a year, during the month of August, Ashton can be found at the Vancouver Zombiewalk, donning the persona of Thee Gravedigger, our favorite shovel wielding lunatic.

 

Hey Ashton, is Blood Alley the name of the lane behind the Red Room? It sounds appropriate enough to be so. Maybe smoking a splif there some nights would keep it less bloody. Who knows.

No, Blood Alley is the lane behind Club 23 West. It is so named because that's where the gallows were, right next to Vancouver's original jail (which is now the washrooms for the Irish Heather).
