i'm studying how gothic literature has changed throughout time, i have some simple information but i need a lot more....please help?

If you haven't looked already Wikipedia is a good place to start. Because Wikipedia is user-input, never take anything there as the gospel truth, but you will generally find good information and plenty of references.
