I just wanted to say hi and welcome to the site. Nothing wrong with with being "more punkish"–a lot of us old farts came at this from punk. There's a lot of crossover. Sid Vicious drummed for Siouxsie Sioux and Steve Severin at their first live concert before they became Siouxsie and the Banshees. And just look at some of the reeeealy old photos in the gallery from the 80s...
