I've recently started a small balcony garden and am looking for plant suggestions. The balcony is recessed and gets about 1-2 hours of direct sun and is otherwise mostly shaded. I'm interested in plants that will survive wintering on the balcony (i.e. perennials). I'd also be interested in edible plants (herbs, vegitables) that can tolerate the low-ish light levels.
did anyone go to the peace rally/march on saturday , there was a really good turn out and even though i was stuck at the back and couldn't hear most of it , i had a good time ;)
Now I know how much everyone loves eBay, but frankly I just don't trust them. I have heard more bad stories than good from close friends who have bought things this way, and gotten screwed. There's just something about the lack of professional backing/accountability and quality control that makes me think it's all a bit dodgy.
Our children ages of the boyz are 17/13/11 will be our attendants (best man, giving mom away and keeper of the rings) while my daughter will be my flower girl.
My fiancee will be wearing a vampire/poet type shirt and black pvc pants, but we're lost as to what to have the boyz wear?
My daughter and I are both wearing gothic dresses, and she'll have black wings (angel that she is...lol)
