Liquor Licensing Hours of Operation

The City of Vancouver invites you to the fi rst in a series of

public open houses to comment on hours of liquor service

for "liquor primary" establishments (cabarets, neighbourhood

pubs, hotel pubs and lounges, clubs) throughout the city,

excluding the area west of Heatley Avenue and the downtown

peninsula. Join us for open houses on:

Wednesday, February 25, 3:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Kerrisdale Community Centre,

Room 222, 5851 West Boulevard

Saturday, February 28, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Ukrainian Orthodox Auditorium,

154 East 10th Avenue (at Main Street)

Tuesday, March 2, 3:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Croatian Community Centre, Room C,

3250 Commercial Drive (at 16th Avenue)

Thursday, March 4, 3:30 - 7:30 p.m.

HR MacMillan Space Centre, Ray Whittick Lounge,

1100 Chestnut Street (in Vanier Park)

Feedback received will contribute to the development of a

policy to guide hours of liquor service in Vancouver.

During the open houses, a short presentation will be made at

4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on the weekdays and at 11:30 p.m. and

1:30 p.m. on the Saturday. Staff will be available to answer

questions and provide information on the process.

Additional open houses in the downtown area will take place

beginning in late March.
