Hello, as per expectation, I'm new here.

I was browsing about, looking for something to do and came across this place. Since I like to post messages, generally arse about and I'm interested in the scene I thought I'd come by and see what everything's about.

Introductions are in order, I suppose...

I live in Victoria, I write poetry and draw. I tend to be a little bit of a different thinker, I have terrible short-term memory, I'm a little bit quirky, I enjoy photography, and I have my own religion that is mostly centred around the Egyptian beliefs. I have a poseable model of the xenomorph from 'Alien' in my room. His name is Tubes.

I guess you could consider me a little of a nerd as well. I play D&D on occasion, I'm greatly into video games, and I spend a good portion of my time online.

I'm open to discussion, so long as it's intellectual.

I'm also a fur. (This doesn't mean I dress up in animal suits and hump people. I draw anthropomorphic characters and believe my soul has taken on an animal 'form.' Like a spirit animal.)

I'm not too wonderful at talking about myself. I hope I've made a decent enough impression, and I'm looking forward to discussing things with you in the future.

Hullo there!  I just wanted to greet you and let you know that we're always happy to have another artistically inclined intellectual about to talk to.  My name's Trixy, I moderate the Religion and Relationships & Sexuality forums, so you'll probably find me poking around a fair bit.

I read your post on the Religion board, and I have to say I am quite interested.  I am a Christian, myself, but I am always open to learning about other people's beliefs.  I am really looking forward to hearing your opinions on some of the topics that get posted on the Religion board.  ^__^  Don't worry, either, about other people getting on your case because your beliefs don't match up with theirs.  As far as I have seen, people are very open-minded and understanding in these parts of the inter-web.  It's a nice change, I assure you.

Anyhow, I have some chores to do, as it always seems I do, so I had better get on my way.  Basically what I am saying is...  Nice to meet ya!
