Gothic BC

As I mentioned in one of the polls I did, I am currently residing in the bowels of hell, Manitoba.  I lived in and around Vancouver for 10 yrs.  Owned a condo right around the block from Luvafair where I went most Tuesdays (i think)or perhaps Thursdays,,,, (lotasa fun trying to get to work next day, why oh WHY do they have those special nites on weekdays???) Anyway, used to be a retro goth/new wave/industrial kinda nite.  Long story short the fun had to end.   :'( 

Originally from Toronto,  a few neg comments I can make about goth scene there but I in relative good mood after a few tequila shots, so I will not :X 

I am getting old and would like to meet some new blood  :P 

The one poll I could not answer was that time honoured question, what is or makes up a "goth".  None of the choices fit me, probably because I consider myself more then that particular label which makes it really hard to find new peeps to hang with either in real life or online.  I am vegetarian for eg, so am not some rabid raw red meat eater.  I agree and disagree on aspects of wicca, satanism, atheism, buddhism,,,but at any rate , i enjoy conversing and debating on most subjects, as long as person(s) I talking with not entirely clueless.
