I've just started up the B.C chapter of Goth Help Us and am looking for people who want to get involved. Basically, Goth Help Us is a grass roots organization aimed at helping society in the most basic of ways. Organizing blood drives, setting up cake stalls to raise money for charities, that kind of thing. It's also about giving the goth/dark alternative culture some much needed positive press by getting us away from our computers and doing nice things for society.

Like any grass roots organization, GhU relies on community support, without participation it's nothing more than a good intention. Finally, no one is making any money out of this. I don't make a cent, and the CEO and founder doesn't make a cent. It's honestly about helping people. We're all volunteers.
