I know it's a ways off, but I was wondering what everyone's opinions are on who the Democrats will run. I see the Republicans with such a deep talent pool of candidates that they can run; Jeb Bush, Dick Cheyney, Rudy Guliani (sp?). On the Democrat side, I only see Hillary Clinton, that is unless they want to run John Kerry again. It should be very interesting.

I've always thought that there would be a black president before there would be a woman president. Mind you, if Rice runs and is elected, then they will have killed two birds with one stone. Does anyone know when they announce the candidates?

I've read in a couple different news papers that The First Lady is very supportive of Condoleezza Rice running for President in the 2008 election for the Republicans.  If she does and Hilary Clinton runs for the Democrats it could be the first time in American history where there is a female president.  It will definately be an interesting year.
