Ok, I am new here so please go easy on me. I was brought to a SinCity event at Club 23 a year and a half ago. I threw together a costume, but was told by the bouncer that it was "barely" acceptible and had it not been after midnight, he would have turned me away. I am a relatively clean-cut guy, not into the goth scene, but really interested in the whole fetish underworld. I would love to go back again, but clearly I don't own the right clothes.
I don't want to spend a fortune as I am still in the "experimental" phase, but I do need to buy some proper attire. I don't have the foggiest clue where to begin. I live in the Westend and I am sure there are a bunch of stores downtown (or relatively close by) that I should check out. Can anyone make any auggestions??
